The box-type atmosphere furnace uses high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, and silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements, and can be used in various types such as oxidizing atmosphere, inert atmosphere, and reducing atmosphere. Adopting a double-layer shell structure, the furnace has the advantages of uniform temperature field, low surface temperature, fast heating and cooling rate, and energy saving.
